THERAPY APPOINTMENT

• A therapy session including liaison time with parents / carers
  

 INITIAL ASSESSMENT - WITH SHORT REPORT

Duration up to 60mins

This appointment will include:

• Parent / carer questionnaire and discussion

• Informal / formal assessment as appropriate

• Verbal feedback and advice / recommendation

• A short written evaluation
  

DETAILED ASSESSMENT

Duration up to 120mins

This assessment can last up to two hours and may need to take place over two sessions.

• The fee includes detailed analysis from formal assessments.
• The written report includes evaluation and recommendations.

Please note: assessment and reports for tribunals are costed separately.
